Programs offered

Enrollment

Enrollment is open to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. To begin the enrollment process, the following must be completed: ● Enrollment Form ● Emergency Contact and Health History Form ● Immunization Records (Required for All Children) ● Non-refundable Registration Fee: $[Amount] ● Parent/Guardian Agreement (Signature Required) Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A spot is only secured once all forms and the registration fee are submitted.

Tuition

● Weekly Tuition: $[Amount] per child (Varies by Age Group) ● Payment Due Date: Tuition is due every Monday by 10:00 AM. ● Late Payment Fee: A $75 fee will be assessed for payments received after Wednesday at 10:00 AM. ● Returned Check Fee: $30 for any returned checks. ● Withdrawal: A two-week written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from the program. You are responsible for tuition during this notice period. We accept payments via cash, check, or electronic transfer. We accept CCIS and Private Pay.

Infant Class ( 6 Weeks - 1 Years of Age )

Our Infant Class provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where our youngest learners can begin their educational journey. The program focuses on: ● Developing basic motor skills, such as reaching, crawling, and standing. ● Encouraging sensory exploration through age-appropriate toys, music, and activities. ● Building secure attachments with caregivers to promote emotional well-being. ● Fostering early language development through simple words, songs, and stories.

Toddler Class ( 2 - 3 Years of Age )

The Toddler Class is designed to help children build independence and develop social skills in a supportive environment. This program focuses on: ● Promoting language development through conversation, books, and interactive play. ● Encouraging social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and cooperating with others. ● Developing fine and gross motor skills through activities like building, drawing, and outdoor play. ● Introducing basic routines and structure to build a sense of security and understanding of daily schedules.

Preschool Class ( 3 - 4 Years of Age )

Our Preschool Class provides an environment where children can engage in more structured activities while developing their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Key focus areas include: ● Expanding vocabulary and comprehension through storytelling, songs, and group discussions. ● Early math concepts such as counting, shapes, and sorting. ● Promoting self-help skills such as dressing, feeding, and taking care of personal needs. ● Creative play and artistic expression through drawing, painting, and crafting. ● Group activities to develop teamwork and cooperation.

Pre-Kindergarten Class ( 4 - 5 Years of Age )

The Pre-Kindergarten Class prepares children for the transition to kindergarten by building essential academic and social skills. Our focus is on: ● Strengthening literacy skills through letter recognition, phonics, and early reading activities. ● Developing mathematical thinking through simple addition, subtraction, and patterns. ● Encouraging problem-solving skills and critical thinking through group activities and projects. ● Fostering independence, responsibility, and self-confidence in preparation for school. ● Promoting emotional regulation and social understanding through role-playing and group discussions.

Before and After School Program

Our Before and After School Program offers a safe and engaging environment for school-age children. This program includes: ● Homework assistance and support to help children with assignments. ● Physical activities to release energy and promote a healthy lifestyle. ● Arts and crafts, games, and enrichment activities that allow children to explore their creativity. ● Snack time and time for socializing with peers in a relaxed setting.

Summer Camp

Our Summer Camp is a fun and educational program designed to keep children engaged throughout the summer months. The camp includes: ● Outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and sports. ● STEM exploration, including simple science experiments and building projects. ● Arts and crafts sessions to encourage creative expression. ● Field trips to local attractions for hands-on learning and adventure. ● Thematic learning units that include topics like nature, space, and the arts.

Bus Services

At an additional cost, bus services are available for pickup and drop off within ___ radius of the Learning Lab.
